    Abstract

Digital storage capacity is increasing but is also becoming more accessible, leading the average person to have a great deal of storage capacity available to them. These means that the average forensic investigation is taking longer due to the amount that has to be searched. This project looks into a potential contribution to this problem. An application that implements a three tier image filtering system has been designed and created with the aim of eliminating safe images from the investigation.
