    Abstract

This project set out to create an interactive campus map for the University of Portsmouth. The purpose of this system was to improve upon the static and paper based university maps, by including more detail on university resources, such as the location of cafe and computer areas. It was also expected to hold additional information on these resources so they could be more easily accessible to all students within the university. To support this project the decision was taken to create a website with an integrated Google Map. A user interface was then developed to control the university resources that the user wishes to see on this map. This application was completed without any major issues.
