This project aims to develop an e-learning application for Fordwater School (a Special Educational Needs establishment) to assist in the teaching of key skills around shopping and the use of money. The current applications in use fail to meet the client's needs for this topic area, due to their generic approach and poor level of usability. The artefact produced during this project is aimed at providing an additional tool which sits between classroom based exercise and actual real world practice. One factor which has to be taken into account throughout this project is the complicated requirements of the end user, as the students are extremely varied in their needs and abilities.
