From 2004 housing has been an issue that is currently in the midst of governmental policies. Through investigating student opinions and conducting market analysis does student demand for property lead to an intensive concentration in specific areas, thus resulting in an increase in house price growth. As well as researching into the legislation on housing, the supply and demand of student housing and how these affect the standards of accommodation.
