The design and development of interactive on-line systems, which capture data from untrusted sources, are vulnerable to a number of vulnerabilities. This project was designed, developed and implemented to capture, process and display data to support the submitting of match data from club secretaries and referees of the Bedfordshire Junior Sunday League. The focus of the work encompasses security issues to maintain the integrity, availability and confidentiality of the data whilst providing a flexible system that is intuitively easy to use by all levels of users. A prototype approach was used to develop the system to ensure that all of the client's requirements were captured during the development stages thus reducing the need to incorporate any major changes later in the development life cycle. The completed artefact was built using ASP.Net and Microsoft SQL Server. Following a demonstration to the client of the finished prototype, a number of areas were identified to enhance the functionality. These enhancements will be incorporated before the system goes live.
