    Abstract

Within this report, a discussion of the importance and the implications of effective web design is discussed. In addition to this, there is a focus on the place of client feedback. This dissertation presents the case of a small, emerging business that is still undergoing development which required a re-design of their website with a logo that is also presented for the overall professional image of the client. The challenges and advantages that were presented when working with this company are discussed, and the creative process of creating the website is presented alongside the consideration of how the client feedback informed, helped, and challenged this process. The artefact of the final website is presented as part of this dissertation, however, the focus remains to present the progress and results of client satisfaction and whether or not the feedback form and/or the proactive communication was the result of satisfying the client.
