    Abstract

    This project will analyse the fundamental aspects of informative medical health systems and introduce a new data acquisition model to avoid trending constraints. Registered patients will be able to utilize various tools and techniques to manage their personal health. Once the patient's database is populated users will be supplied with a Bluetooth low energy broadcasting beacon. Modulating advertising packets broadcasting from the beacon will allow for a respondent to acquire a patient's data using their mobile device. Requiring professional respondents to use an authentication key will allow the application use a segmented database. This will provide privacy to patients by preventing public access to restricted medical information. The distributed system will form a interoperable public and private medical aid network.
