    Abstract

The aim of the project is first to explore the importance of design but particularly logo design and how the processes can be used to create a successful and effective logo. The logos will be targeted to prospective students but can also be used for the current students and to give the course an identity and image. Research and knowledge was gained through various methods and were applied to the production of three individual promotional logos each with a different client. The project was successful in producing three effective and professional logos, fulfilling the clients design brief and requirements.
