    Abstract

    Within a technologically driven society, human beings are encouraged to develop new and innovative methods to communicate with each other through social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. With the increase of usage of social media among people, marketers have been given the opportunity to grow their company or business by engaging in social media marketing which could be identified as a tool in marketing. Social media has developed its features across many technological platforms acting as an extremely useful marketing tool. This project aims to develop a deeper understanding of social media marketing and its effectiveness to grow a business. The project also outlines the possible future recommendations for social media marketing along with the ever-changing technology.
