    Abstract

    Public, brands and businesses use Twitter on a frequent basis to voice their opinions, thoughts and activities to capture their audience. This project aims to explore the counter arguments both positive and negative and the impact that they have on small and medium businesses, it will do this by exploring secondary research and identifying key arguments and gaps which will then be explored using primary research. The research will be critically evaluated to draw a non-biased conclusion of Twitter’s impact on small and medium businesses.
