    Abstract

This dissertation critically analyses the expanding nature and value of restorative justice in contemporary society in relation to sexual reoffending. It also aims to examine the role of 'Circles of support and accountability' to establish whether this approach is making a positive impact on the reduction of sexual reoffending in the community. The dissertation is formed around an extensive literature review based on secondary data analysis.
