    Abstract

This report aimed to identify the 10 keys drivers of city centre regeneration that would be effective for Wolverhampton city centre. The report started by using desktop based research to identify what the biggest economic and social issues were in Wolverhampton. The report then used existing literature to produce a list of twenty different regeneration drivers which would be effective for Wolverhampton city centre. The report then asked Wolverhampton residents to select ten regeneration drivers they would like to see implemented. Professionals and Academics who specialised in Urban Regeneration were then asked to give their opinions on the practicality and applicability of the ten regeneration drivers. The final section of this report details the conclusions found.
