    Abstract

    Those who are visually impaired can find it difficult to interpret, interact with, and understand mathematical graphs and charts. A literature review and a crowd-sourced research game have shown that users can identify key graph features from hearing an audio representation (using Sonification & Auditory Graphs). A tablet-optimised HTML5 web app has been developed which enables interaction with a mathematical graph using sonification techniques.
