    This project set out to develop an application for iOS, which will then utilize Augmented Reality to provide the user with information about a historical landmark, other API that will be implemented are Google Maps which will be used to provide a “How to find us” element to the application.

    The project as a proof of concept was a success, the overall aims and objectives set out initially were all met along with documenting the contribution to knowledge with regards to how Augmented Reality could help within education. This report documents all of the development stages from concept to the finished artefact, concluding with an evaluation of the completed project.
